The Swiss Cottage is a two storey playhouse with internal ladder and balustrade. A truly outstanding playhouse that will provide enjoyment for generations of children. Available in two sizes. Size includes the 3' verandah. This playhouse comes already painted externally in Cornflower Blue & White and a clear top coat. Features include: Integral verandah 3' Second floor. 1 bunk Antique style handle and mortice lock. Antique style hinges. Full joinery standards throughout. Standard framing of 50x32mm chamfered red wood 16mm nominal T+G redwood shiplap side cladding. 16mm nominal T+G redwood "V" board floor Compliance with EN71 CE marked. Dimensions: Width: 10' (3.04m) Depth: 8' (2.43m) Eaves height: 5'4 (1.67m) Ridge height: 9'1 (2.80m) Safety notice: All playhouses in this range comply with EN71 and carry the CE mark.
