Lugarde Rome 245mm Log Cabin 3.0 wide x 2.5m (9'8 x 8'2). A sturdy compact log cabin which can easily be used as a small garden office. The window and door is supplied with real glass and are delivered inclusive of glass and aluminium metal work. The bitumen tiled roof is available in five different colours and the building has an optional wooden floor allowing you to choose an alternative tiled floor. Standard Features: One top hung Georgian beamed window (PX44) One Georgian beamed Single door (PX45) 45mm wall thickness Bitumen shingled Roof Pressure Treated Foundation/Ring Beam Optional Features: 19mm T&G wooden floor with pressure treated floor joists. Front roof canopy measuring 1.2m (3'9") Dimensions: Wall height: 225cm (7'3") Roof height: 300cm (9'8") Roof overhang: 30cm (9") Please Note: These buildings are supplied untreated and need to be treated inside and out as soon as they are installed. We also sell the Lugarde impregnating fluid stains and coloured paints. A solid concrete base will need to be constructed to the footprint of the building for the summerhouse to stand on - this base needs to be completely level.
