Potato Maris Peer: A familiar second early that was originally bred for the canning trade and produces a large crop of regular round small to medium sized tubers. Good as a follow on to earlies and the tubers are waxy and tasty. Skin Colour - White. Flesh Colour - White. Uses - new, boil, steam and chips.
