Plum Thames Cross: For an exceptionally sweet taste look no further! The fruit is large and attractive (yellow flushed with rose pink) and is produced in abundance in early to mid-September, even while the trees are still quite young. The self-fertile trees are of medium vigour so are easy to manage and flower late (from mid April) so usually avoid frost damage.
