Stihl Ms170 Petrol Chainsaw - 12" Guide Bar: Trimming trees, thinning bushes or cutting firewood - STIHL Compact Chainsaws can be used for a variety of purposes on farms and around the garden. Characteristically, they maintain the same technology and safety equipment as STIHL'S professional chainsaws, as well as the easy handling and ergonomic design that allows them to be used without tiring. Meeting stringent emission standards, the STIHL MS170 Chainsaw has a high-output 30.1 cc engine and weighing only 3.9 kg is light to use. The chainsaw comes fitted with a Picco Mini chain which has been specifically designed for the occasional user: the kick-back tendency is particularly low. Available with 12" or 14" guide bar, choose a cutting length to suit the size of the wood you will want to saw.
