Simplicity Regent 1740 Mulcher Tractor: With a 17hp Briggs & Stratton AVS Engine and 40" Free Floating mulching deck, the Regent 1740 is suitable for larger-sized gardens requiring an exceptional cut in the shortest possible time. There's no collection or raking of grass clippings - the grass is cut into fine particles and pushed back into the turf out of sight thanks to the specially formed blades and domed shaped deck.
