Mtd T245 Front Tine Tiller: This superior built front tine tiller has a powerful 5.5 hp MTD OHV engine and worm drive transmission for solid and reliable performance. Ideal for allotments or the vegetable patch, the tilling width of the MTD T245 Front Tine Tiller is fully adjustable to three separate widths - 13"/33cm, 22"/55cm and 24"/61cm - and crop protection discs are provided as standard. This tiller features an adjustable depth bar and a steel shield to protect the operator from stones and dust. Front transport wheel and folding handles are also featured for easy transportation and compact storage. This model has an advanced Over Head Valve MTD engine that offers increased fuel efficiency for low running costs and lower emissions to help protect the environment. This powerful 5.5hp engine offers a more consistent power output than standard side valve designs found on similar front tine tillers within this class. As well as being easier to start, it is also more reliable and requires less maintenance. Additional quality features include cast iron crank shaft and cylinder sleeves for a longer working life, low-ton muffler for sound reduction and dual-stage air filter. SAVE
