Echo Hca-2400 Long Reach Petrol Clippers: The Echo Articulating Reach Clipper offers you no less than seven cutting angles making it ideal for cutting and shaping tall hedges and for neatly clipping low shrubs and groundcover. It is also ideal for trimming rushes and other bankside plants, and does this with a neatness and uniformity impossible with a strimmer or brushcutter. The overall length of the HCA2400, with blade set straight, is over six and a half feet. The cutting angle can be changed in seconds and when set at 90 degrees is ideal for cutting the tops of hedges up to nine feet high - without the aid of steps or ladders. Equipped with a 24cc commercial grade 2-stroke engine with dual piston rings, the HCA2400 weighs just 6.3kg.
