The Alko HE500-45S is a lightweight machine with a powerful 450w motor and comes with the Al-Ko Safety Cable which has a special reinforced jacket consisting of a flexible plastic hose with spiral reinforcements, ensuring the cable cannot be caught in the blade. Cable strain relief (which prevents the plug from being pulled from the socket of the extension cable), a two handed safety switch and a robust transparent hand guard all combine to make this a safe, practical hedgetrimmer, suitable for any garden. It has a cutting thickness of 14mm and a blade length of 45cm. This hedgetrimmer also has an ergonomically designed handle for comfortable use and comes supplied with a blade protection cover.
