This is one of my favourite all time foliage plants. In my own garden we have specimens taller than the house and others about 3 feet high that grow happily in containers. There is also the purple foliage type but for me the basic green Cordyline does everything ... it creates attraction, height if wanted and form ever so graceful. Even the trunk is an interesting bark effect.
