A watertight tray can be very useful but please remember plants don't like their roots standing in water - better to place them on matting so they can take up the water they actually need.
Purchase separately optional 3/8" (1cm) thick black water mats. Supplied cut to fit, they have an exceptionally high water holding capacity of 12 pints per sq. yd.
