The Two & Three Top Propagators have strong, electrically heated bases with thermostatic control & are supplied complete with top quality Stewart Plastics seed trays & covers.
Strong, watertight, green electrically heated base units with thermostatic control.
The thermostat turns the heating element on & off to maintain a set temperature, preventing the propagator from overheating & damaging your plants.
Includes 6ft (183cm) mains lead.
Supplied complete with 15" (38cm) long x 9«" (24cm) x 3" (8cm) deep Seed Trays & 15" (38cm) long x 9«" (24cm) x 4«" (11.5cm) high clear acrylic Covers with lift off handles & two adjustable sliding vents.
Two models available:
Two Top - dimensions 15" (38cm) x 20" (51cm), with a power consumption of 40 watts & an indicator light to show when power is being consumed. Includes two seed trays & covers.
Three Top - dimensions 16"(41cm) x 30" (76cm), with a power consumption of 50 watts & two indicator lights, one to show when power is connected the other to show when it's being consumed. Includes three seed trays & covers.

Variable Temperature Propagator Base Units enable the thermostat in the propagator to be adjusted to maintain the correct temperature for the type of seed or cuttings you are propagating.
The temperature achieved depends very much on the ambient (air) temperature of the space in which the propagator is being used. The Base Units will give a lift of 20-25§ F (12-14§ C) above the ambient temperature.
For example, if it's 40§F in your greenhouse the maximum temperature in the propagator will be approximately 65§ F.
For accurate temperature control use a thermometer to work out the ideal setting to suit your needs.
