Propagation Station | Two Wests
This 'Propagation Station' has been designed to provide a single versatile unit holding all the essential elements required for successful germination from seeds & propagation from cuttings. All you need to provide is a good quality growing medium, a supply of water & mains electricity.
Sturdy, maintenance free aluminium framework, with strong curved uprights eliminating any sharp corners.
Three fully adjustable levels provide the following:
Heat - the Maxi Propagator forms the lowest level.
Moisture - hooked onto the Maxi Propagator is a Water Reservoir, which provides moisture via capillary matting. Moisture is also provided via self-watering trays forming the middle & top level of the station.
Light - a professional mercury light is securely held on fully adjustable runners above the propagation level, allowing it to be positioned anywhere along the length of the unit & either 18" (45.5cm) or 24" (61cm) above the propagation level.
Dimensions: 33" (84cm) long, 18" (45.5cm) wide & 48" (122cm) high.
The Maxi Propagator
An electrically heated, watertight base unit developed to maintain a compost temperature of 19 degrees C (+/- 2 degrees) by the use of a fixed temperature thermostat.
The Mercury Light
A 250 watt mercury tungsten blended lamp producing a lighting level of 5,500 to 3,600 Lux, encouraging rapid plant growth.
The Water Reservoir
A compact 4ó" x 6«" x 5" (12cm x 16.5cm x 13cm) unit holding up to 2« pints (1.4 litre) of water.
The Self-Watering Trays
Measuring 15«" (39cm) wide & 31" (79cm) long, each with a watering holding capacity of 14 pints (7.9 litres) ensuring your newly germinated plants are correctly & constantly watered.
