Clonex is a highly efficient rooting compound in a 'gel' form formulated to promote root growth in many softwood or semi-hardwood cuttings.
More effective than traditional rooting powders or liquids for the following reasons:
It seals the cut edge immediately, helping to prevent contamination or plant disease.
Stays in contact with the cut plant stem throughout the rooting process keeping the cut tissue moist.
Contains a range of nutrients, vitamins & trace elements to promote early root development.
The anti-bacterial agent within the gel helps protect cuttings from fungus & disease.

For best results, dip new cuttings up to a depth of approx «" (1.5cm) in the gel. Rather than dipping the cuttings directly into the container of Clonex, pour a small amount into a separate container into which cuttings can be dipped. In this way the main body of Clonex will not become contaminated with any plant matter, preventing the spread of disease.
