The nematodes provided in Just Slug Killer are an easy, safe & organic way to help prevent the extreme damage caused by slugs to plants, from seedlings to mature specimens.
Safe & easy to use Just Slug Killer uses no toxic chemicals & is safe to children, pets, wildlife & the environment.
Contained within this unique, natural product are microscopic worms / nematodes (Phasmarhababditis hermaphrodita) which will control all common types of slugs up to 3" (8cm) in length.
The nematodes seek out slugs, within three days stop them feeding on your plants & eventually kill the pest.
Two packs available:
Small: a pack of 12 million nematodes, suitable for treating up to 50sq. yrds (40sq. mtrs).
Large: a pack of 30 million nematodes, suitable for treating up to 125sq. yrds (100sq. mtrs).
Mixed with water, the solution can be applied to either moist compost or soil, which needs to be kept moist (not water logged) for up to a further two weeks.
Provides control for up to 6 weeks - repeat applications are required for continued protection.

Please note : requiring average temperatures above 5§C (best results are gained at temperatures of 10-15§C); this product is suitable for use between March - September. It should not be applied in bright sunlight & is not suitable for use near ponds.
