A pack of approx. 30 adult ladybirds Just Greenfly Killer is the effective, safe & organic way to control greenfly in the greenhouse. Occurring naturally in nature this pest control uses no toxic chemicals & is safe to both children, pets, wildlife & the environment.
Greenfly are a serious pest to many plants, occurring in both garden & greenhouse. They reproduce quickly & damage plants by sucking the sap & at the same time secrete honeydew, leaving a sticky residue & resulting in black mould in these areas.
Over time Greenfly has developed resistance to many chemical pesticides, making it even harder to control.
The natural predator of the Greenfly is the UK Ladybird 'Adalia bipunctata'.
As an adult the Ladybird will eat many aphids throughout the day, whilst also lying between 20-50 eggs daily. The eggs hatch into larvae which eat up to 100 Greenfly larvae each day.
Supplied as a pack of approx. 30 adult Ladybirds, introduce these into your greenhouse or conservatory when greenfly are present.
Please Note: only suitable for use in greenhouses/ conservatories with a minimum temperature of 10§C.
