Frames manufactured from long lasting quality hardwood (from sustainable resources) - looks superb & lasts for years untreated (extend its life by treating with a wood preservative).
Glazed both sides, top & back with twin-walled polycarbonate.
Opening lid & hinged front doors enable easy access & various ventilation levels.
Sturdy galvanised steel stays on either side enabling the lid to be anchored securely open in a number of ventilation positions.
Galvanised steel hinges enable the front doors to be opened fully for plants to be placed or removed & easy maintenance.
Steel latch keeps the doors securely closed in the cooler months.
Supplied complete with removable slatted timber shelves (3 with the Large & 2 with the Standard model).
Easy assembly is accomplished with pre-glazed panels, with pre-drilled holes & strong galvanised steel corner sections to enable permanent fixing into the ground if required (ground fixings not supplied).
Polycarbonate Glazing
This almost clear, shatterproof, UV stabilised safety glazing produces a soft diffused light which helps reduce the risk of scorching & encourages healthy plant growth. It also provides effective insulation helping to keep plants warm in the winter & cool in the summer.
