A traditionally designed, high quality Timber Cold Frame good for over wintering, raising seeds, growing early vegetables & hardening-off plants prior to planting out.

Hard wearing frame of chestnut hardwood timber (from sustainable sources) - supplied untreated the frame will last approx. 5 years, treating with a wood preservative will extend its life.

Glazed all sides & lid with virtually shatterproof, UV stabilised twin-walled polycarbonate ensuring good insulation properties & diffused light (helping prevent scorching).

Galvanised steel hinges & lid stays with four lockable positions, ensuring controllable ventilation & easy access.

Use directly on soil or firm surface such as a patio.

Fairly light it can be moved from one situation to another as required.

Dimensions: 3'3" (99cm) long x 2' (61cm) wide x 16" (41cm) high at the back.
